ANNUAL CONFERENCE HELD. [ Per Press Association. ] WELLINGTON, Oct. 22. The annual conference of the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand concluded to-day. The election of officers resulted: President, Mr. O. F. Baker (Christchurch); vice - presidents, Messrs. G .B. Osmond (Auckland), and G. S. Boyes (Hamilton); treasurer, Mr. W. J. A. Thomson (Auckland).
