THREE MEN INJURED
MOTOR-CAR SKIDS CRASH INTO TELEGRAPH POLE [ Ter Press Association.] INVERCARGILL, Oct. 22. Three men were injured when a motor-car skidded and crashed into a telegraph pole at Edendale to-night. They are:— Langford Joseph Williamson, servicecar driver, of Wyndham, suffering from facial injuries, fractured ankle and shock. Thomas Holland, labourer, of Wyndham, facial injuries and shock. D. VV. Walsh, of Wyndham, cuts and abrasions. Williamson and Holland were taken by ambulance to Gore Hospital but their condition is not believed to be serious. The centre of the radiator struck the pole, which was broken in half.
