OFFICIALS RESHUFFLED EXECUTIONS AT ULANUDE LONDON, Oct. 20. The Times Riga correspondent says that new reshuffles of high-placed officials include the removal of Antonovo Seyenko, who is reported to be under arrest. It is suggested that his recall from the Consulship in Spain and his appointment as Commissar of Justice were merely a ruse to bring him back to Russia. He was previously mildly villiiied as a Trotsky supporter. A Moscow message states that 54 people were executed at Ulanude, capital of the Buriat Mongol Republic, for alleged espionage on behalf of Japan.
