LLOYD GEORGE’S COMMENT Received Oct. 21, 8.40 p.m. LONDON, Oct. 21. Mr Lloyd George, who opened the Imperial Fruit Show at Birmingham, commenting on his winning a prize for honey, said that he had thought he might send a pot of it to Signor Mujsolini to “sweeten his embittered feelings and promote better international relations. “An angry man is a bad negotiator.”
