COTTON INDUSTRY
REORGANISATION SCHEME PROPOSED LINE OF ACTION [ British Official Wireless. ] RUGBY, Oct. 20. A comprehensive scheme for the reorganisation of the cotton industry is being submitted by the joint committed of the cotton trade organisations to all sections of the industry with a view to a united request for legislation to give it effect. The plan that the Government should be asked to introduce an Enabling Bill, under which a board representing the whole industry and an Independent advisory committee would be set up to examine the schemes brought forward on behalf, either of the industry as a whole or of individual sections.
