FEAR OF FRANCE’S ATTITUDE? Received Oct. 21, 8.42 p.m. ROME. Oct. 21. Count Grandi’s speech is believed to have been influenced by the Italian Government’s conviction that France really intends to open the frontiers if no agreement is reached. It is also observed that commissions cannot finish the task before a decisive victory for Franco. Moreover, the fall of aijon is imminent and this constitutes i fresh vindication of the blood of talian heroes.
