RUSSIAN ELECTIONS
ATTENTION TO COMFORT OF VOTERS Received Oct. 18, 10.35 p.m. MOSCOW, Oct. 18. Luxurious arrangements have been made for the comfort of electors voting at the general elections on December 12. Waiting rooms in Moscow contain decorative tables and artistic fittings such as lampshades in delicate sil u s. divans, chessboards and palms. The polling booths are fitted with chairs and tables and curtains in rich shades are arranged along carpeted corridors.
