SECRET PLANS STOLEN ALL PORTS WATCHED NIGHT GUARDS DOUBLED LONDON, Oct. 17. The plans of a warplane device disappeared from the Parnall aircraft factory at Tolworth, Surrey. All ports and airfields are being watched. The night guards have been doubled and regulations throughout the country tightened up. The theft will not hinder the production of the device, but it is feared that another Power may share the secret.
