OVATIONS IN GERMANY
DUKE AND DUCHESS OF WINDSOR Received Oct. 17, 7.26 p.m. BERLIN, Oct. 17. The Duke and Duchess of Windsor visited the Dusseldorff exhibition, where they paid especial attention to the synthetic products. The Duchess was most interested in the artificial wool fibres. The visitors were given tumultuous ovations throughout the day. JEWISH VIEW OF TOUR Received Oct. 17, 8.30 p.m. NEW YORK, Oct. 16. Rabbi Abraham Feinberg, speaking in the syngagogue, said that after pleading for privacy the Duke of Windsor had embarked on a much heralded junket to Germany, lending his magic to a system by which his working-class friends were being degraded.
