FOR EMPIRE GAMES NEW ZEALAND OARSMEN j The British Empire Games will be held at Sydney in January and February of 1938, and will give a splendid opportunity, at a minimum of expense for a large representation of Dornin- f ion athletes, and it. is hoped that a strong New Zealand team will be 11 available. The rowing events will be eights, fours, and sculls, and it is pointed out that the form of oarsmen will be required to be noted this coming season, as in the event of the council making any nominations, selections will have to be made about December, 1937, or earlier. _______
