DEATH SENTENCES
WRANGEL ISLAND CRIMES MOSCOW, May 24. Simenchuk. the bloodthirsty dictatof jf Wrangel Island in the Arctic, was sentenced to death. He wept when he heard the verdict. Startsev, described as Simenchuk’g ‘Man Friday,o who murdered Dr. V\ ulfson, also was sentenced to death. He smoked a cigarette while the Court applauded the verdict.
