SWIMMING
CONTROL OF DIVING AUCKLAND PANEL. The formation of a panel of diving judges to administer diving in Auckland was decided upon by the Management Committee of the Auckland Centre of the New Zealand Amateur Swiming Association on Monday. From these judges the centre will make nominations to the panel being established by the New Zealand Council for the purpose of improving the standard of judging throughout the Dominion. The Management Committee also agreed to convene a special meeting of local judges to enable them to discuss with it matters relating to diving.
