DISGUSTING OFFENCE
PRISONER SENTENCED. ( Per Association ) NAPIER, Aug. 30. For what Mr. Justice Reed described as a disgusting offence, Ernest Smoothy McLeod was sentenced to .12 months’ hard labour. Obsenee exposure was the charge on which he was found guilty. The Judge said that had the law permitted it he would have inflicted a heavier penalty.
