SIR R. MACLEOD OF MACLEOD LONDON, Aug. 22. The death is announced of Sir Reginald Macleod of Macleod, 24th chief of the clan, aged 88. He was a director oi’ the Sheil Transport and Trading Co., chairman of tho Gresham Life ( Assurance. He was Registrar-General for England and Wales from 1900 to < 1902, ami Under-Secretary for Scotland 1 from 1902 to J 908. <
