RUSSIAN DEFAULTERS PROSECUTOR’S NEW MOVE. LONDON, Aug. 22. The Chronicle ’s Moscow correspondent says that, in consequence of the inadequate enforcement cf sentences in 200,000 alimony cases last year, the public prosecutor demands that tihe trade unions become, collectors of alimony and supervisors of the worker’s behaviour to his family. He pre-poses that alimony awards be recorded in the union books and collection made at the place of employment, evaders to be automatically ocprived of union membership, when they would find difficulty in obtaining employment.
