A CAVALCADE OF FASHION
IN AID OF PLUNKET FUNDS. A “Cavalcade of Fashion” admirably describes the entertainment which the Plunket Committee is organising for the society’s funds. Wanganui’s leading- mannequins will give a buries que of a fashion parade. As well as this delightful fare Mr. George Allan and his company will present a revue, and Mr. lan Forlong will have the assistance of Repertory Theatre players in a sketch to be given. This delightful entertainment, with •vaudeville, an! supper, will take place in the D.I.C. Tearoom on Tuesday evening next at 8 p.in. The “Cavalcade of Fashion” will give plenty of scope for inventire genius and to display styles of former years. The event should attract a large audience ami those wishing to reserve seats may do so at the D.I.C. The mannequins taking part are Mesdames F Hutchison, Ralph Brown, T. Wi’berfops, E. 11. Bernau, Misses Margaret Smith, M. Brinkman, J. Gra ham and N. Russell.
