SALARY CUTS REMOVED
INDIAN CIVIL SERVANTS. GOVERNMENT 'S DECISION. DELHI. Feb. 4. The Government is removing on March 31 the cuts in the salaries of public servants introduced in 1931 owing to the depression. HALF OF CUT RESTORED TRANSPORT BOARD WORKERS AUCKLAND DECISION. [ Per Press Association ) AUCKLAND, Feb. 5. Th® Auckland Transport Board decided to-day to restore half of the original 10 per cent, cut imposed on employees on November 1, 1931. The restoration is effective from February 2, and the chairman said it would cost the Boasd £14,225 annually. BUSINESS IMPROVING WELLINGTON GAS CO. RESTORING CUT SOON. [ Per Press Assoclatioa 1 WELLINGTON, Feb. 5. The Wellington Gas Company, at its annual meeting to-day, passed a dividend of 8 per cent.
