BUSINESS DELEGATION. TO STUDY CONDITIONS. TOKIO, Feb. 4. The Nichiniclii, Tokio's most powerful newspaper, is organising a delegation of twenty business men for an Australian economic investigation tour. The mission will arrive at Brisbane on September 5, and will visit Sydn(?y, Melbourne, Adelaide, and Auckland. It will be headed by Dr. Keinichi Abe.
