HIGHj COURT DECISION. A I THOR ITIES RESTRAINED. Received Feb. 5. 9.50 p.m. SYDNEY, Fob. 5. In the High Court to-day, Air. Justice Evatt granted a rule nisi returnable on Alarch 19, restraining the authorities from proceeding further on the conviction of Egon Kisch as a prohibited immigrant.
