LORD BLEDISLOE’S ADDRESS I Per Press Association. J WELLINGTON, July 3. The veterinary conference opened • -is morning, Dr. Rcakes presiding. The j proceedings are expected to occupy ; about two days. An address was delivered by the | Governor-General on the relation be-i tween diseases in animals and man. A vote of thanks was proposed by J Mr. Kyle. M.P., who made reference to; Lord Bleiisloe’s forthcoming departure' and said that with his knowledge of : conditions in New Zealand, Lord Blcdisloc had proved probably the finest am bassador the Dominion had ever had ir the Old Country.
