CONFERENCE AT WELLINGTON. ( Per Press Association ). WELLINGTON, Juno 29. Delegates from various parts of the Dominion attended the fifteenth annua conference of the New Zealand Ban! Officers’ Guild at Wellington. The annual report showed the mem bership to be 2829, representing ap proximately 83 per cent, of the staff of the banks. Eighty-seven member arc stationed overseas. The report sai that the group assurance scheme ha assumed large proportions during th three years of its existence. Over 1369 members were brought into the scheme and there wore approximately 250(i policies of a value in excess of £BOO,OOO Tho monthly premiums collected amount to over £21.000 per annuam and the accumulated funds of tin Guild total £3040. It was reported that at the last Uni versity examinations 41 members com pletcd their (Diploma of Baukiig course, making the total 164.
