LABOUR’S INVITATION. I Per Press Association. ] CHRISTCHURCH, April 7. A telegram was sent to Mr. Bernard Shaw at Kaikoura by the Mayor (Mr. Sullivan) asking whether he would attend a reception at Christchurch and whether it should be civic or private. Mr. Shaw replied: “ Please settle nothing until my ar rival this afternoon.” A meeting of the unemployed will be held in Latimer Square to-morrow afternoon.
