SESSION IN SEPTEMBER. [ Per Press Association.] WELLINGTON, July 28. Seen to-day, Mr. Forbes stated that Cabinet’s work would bo well forward for the commencement ot the next ses sion of Parliament, which would probaldy open about the middle of September. He said that there might be men sures arising out of the report of tho National Expenditure Commission, and there might be Bills bearing on the decisions at Ottawa. He said definitely that no legislation would be brought down affecting the wheat duties, which would stand.
