ALMERSTON SESSIONS. [ Per Pres* Associstion.] PALMERSTON N., July 28. At the Supreme Court, Charles Fred crick Ammon, aged 47, who was found guilty of causing actual bodily harm to William Whyte, storekeeper, of Terrace End, was ordered by Mr. Justice Ostler, in view of prisoner’s health, to come up for sentence when called upon.
