TERRIBLE HEAT WAVE
MANY DEATHS AT CAWNPORE CALCUTTA, June 14. Twenty-two, including three Britishers, died from heat at Cawnpore today. Hundreds collapsed in the streets. Delhi, Calcutta, and Allahabad are also sweltering under the oppressible heat. The arrival of the cooling monsoon is eagerly awaited.
