NOTHING FROM IRELAND DE VALERA STATES POSITION BRITAIN MUST PROVE HER CASE (Times Cable). Received June 15, 11.35 p.m. LONDON, June 15. The Dublin correspondent of The Times states that Mr. de Valera had a lengthy conversation with lawyers about the Note he proposes to send to Mr. Thomas concerning land annuities, of which £1,500,000 falls duo to-day. but Air. de Valera has no intention of transmitting the money, taking the view that if Britain believes she is entitled to the money she must prove her case in a court of law.
