DEALING WITH EXTREMISTS
THE HUSH TREE STATE MILITARY LAW COURTS. Received Oct. 14, 5.5 p.m. DUBLIN, Oct. 13. Armed guards waited outside Parliament House while the President, Mr. W. T. Cosgrave, revealed to Ministerial deputies tho provisions of the Constitution Bill establishing new courts composed of military officers to try political offenders, and tightening up the newspaper law. Mr. Cosgrave proposes a closure to put the Bill through in three days.
