Adam Hamilton) announced to-day that the following board had bc<*n set up to make a selection from the designs received by the Post and Telegraph Department for a new series of New Zealand pictorial postage stamps; Sir R. Heaton Rhodes (chairman), Afr. R. Wallwork (director of the Christchurch School of Art), Air Johannes Anderson (export in Afaori drawings), and Afr G.
