ACTIONS IN COURT JUDGMENT BY DEFAULT Judgment was given by default for plaintiff in each of the following undefended civil actions at the Alagistrate’s Court at Wanganui yesterday: J. S. McKenzie v. George Cooke, £7 7s; Wright, Stephenson and Co., Ltd. v. A. Barns, £4 10s 3d; S. Wright and Company v. E. J. Knowles, £2 ss; S. Wright and Company v. R. Crutchley, 17s; Robert Alartin v. Lionel McGrecvy, £5 15s 9d. Judgment Summonses The following judgment summonses wore issued: M. Knight is to pay Williams and Harper £2 19s 3d forthwith, in default three days’ imprisonment at Wanganui; T. R. T. Hooper is to pay William Luxford and Company, £47 6s and solicitor’s fee, £1 11s 6d, in default 28 days’ imprisonment, warrant to be suspended as long as debtor pays 5s a week.
