Another Breakdown
WILKINS’ SUBMARINE ADRIFT ATTEMPTS AT REPAIRS FAIL TROMSOE, Aug. 11. The Nautilus is reported to be adrift in the Arctic. She suddenly stopped shortly after leaving Tromsoe. The crew worked all night, but were unsuccessful in their attempt to effect repairs. VOYAGE RESUMED Received Aug. 12, 10.30 p.m. TROMSOE, Aug. 11. The Nautilus has resumed her voyage.
