FORCED LANDING A PRIVATE AEROPLANE INCIDENT NEAR HAMILTON [Per Press Association.] HAMILTON, Aug. 12. A private tiirce-seater monoplane owned, by 8. Blackmore, Hamilton, made a forced landing near Te Rapa aerodrome this evening. The pilot and a passenger, Mr W. McKenzie, of Te Awamutu, were returning from a flight over Hamilton when the engine stalled. They could not reach the aerodrome in the high wind and landed on a rough slope, the ’plane being stopped by a fence 20 feet from a house. The undercarriage was broken but the occupants escaped unhurt.
