The R.S.A. conference carried remits: “That in necessitous cases of re turned soldier mortgagors under the State Advances Department, the mort gagor have the right to obtain a read justment of the terms of the mortgage on a proper application. “That while not expressing ffny dis satisfaction with the existing land boards, representations be made to the Government to enable the Returned Soldiers’ Association to have representation on the boards. “That the Government be urged to introduce legislation providing for a revaluation of House properties secure I to the Crown under the DJs.S. Act or State Advances Department.”
