LONG-DISTANCE FLIGHTS
ANOTHER ’PLANE LEAVES Received June 24, 11.50 p.m. VANCOUVER, June 24. Harbour Grace reports that Otto Hillig and Holger Hoiriis, co-pilots of the aeroplane Liberty, took off on a trans-Atlantic flight at 3.24 p.m. They are now almost ten hours out. One bit of information has been received concerning the progress of Post and Gatty. The liner Drottningholm peeked up the ’plane’s call letters on Tuesday night.
