STOCK MARKET RESPONDS
LARGEST GAINS FOR MONTHS Received June 21, 11.25 p.m. NEW YORK, Juno 20. The stock market responded sensationally to the reparations developments, the largest gains of the last eighteen months being recorded, the principal issues gaining one to sixteen points. One and a-half million shares were traded in. United States Steel, American Cat* and important railways all participated in the advance. German bonds advanced up to 51 points.
