SURPRISE FOR A TRAMP
Searching a refuse tip at Plymouth in tho hope of finding a pai r of boots, a tramp discovered an old envelope eontaining a gold diamond cluster ring, a gold neck chain with pendant, and a pair of imitation pearl eardrops. The police say believe the articles were the proceeds of a theft, and were abandoned by a frightened thief. They ha\-e no report of such icwellery being missing.
