SUPER-STRUCTURE OVER ROOFS [ British Official Wireless. ) RUGBY, Dec. 14The general purposes committee of the London County Council states that the question of providing aircraft landing accommodation in central London is receiving careful consideration. The committee was recently requested by the Council to consider the practicability of utilising for garages and other accommodation for air machines in central London and in the River Thames area, the roofs of large buildings and the roofs of other buildings along the streets where the sky line is sufficiently level for the construction of a super-structure platform for taking off and alighting of light aircraft.
