NEW SERIES OPENS. QUALITY WOOLS FIRM. Received Dec. 15. 11.30 p.m. SYDNEY, Dec. 15. The wool sales were resumed, when 11.001 bales were offered, of which 9713 were sold and 214 G were disposed of privately. The market for quality wools continued firm at the closing rates of the previous Sydney series, but ordinary and doubtful lines were most irregular. Competition was widely dis tribute*!.
