SCHOOL ELECTIONS

FURTHER RESULTS The following are additional results of the elections of school committees in thc Wanganui Board’s area:— NUKUMARU The meeting of householders at Nukumaru was presided over by Air E. Travers. The following committee was elected: Messrs H. D. Forsythe, E. Travers, P. O’Connor, Taitu Hamaroa and A. 11. Alurphy. The committee elected Air. H. D. Forsythe as chairman, and Air A. H. Alurphy as secretary. RAETIHI The householders’ meeting hold on Monday evening was well attended, over 70 being present. The following committee was elected:—Alcsdamcs A. W. Aphwell and R. Jennings. Alessrs J. T.vnn, L. J. Vile, E. C. Brown, B Parkes, L. J. Baird, J. L. Lugdon and F. Thompson. RANGATAWA A meeting of householders presided over by Air J. Hurley was held in the school room on Alonday. A brief report was given of the work carried out by the committee during, Ihe past year. The balance sheet was , also read and passed. The following were elected the com-. niittee for the ensuing year, Messrs J. Hurley, G. Cosford, W. Taylor, N. Giles. R. Murphy, W. Lodge, W. Hnmbly. meeting of the committee Mr J.
