A TOTAL LOSS
KAHUI DAIRY FACTORY DESTROYED BY FIRE. [ Per Press Association ] NEW PI YMOUTH, June 25 The Kahui dairy factory, near Rahotu, was completely destroyed by fire at about midnight on Saturday. The staff left everything safe early in the afternoon. The origin is, therefore, a mystery. The Phoenix Company held a comprehensive policy for £4,000 over the building and contents which are a total loss. This is the fourth dairy factory burnt along the coast in the last four months, all the fires being unaccounted for.
