DRINK AND GAMBLING COAL LUMPERS’ NEW AWARD (A. & 1 .Z.) SYDNEY, March 29. The new coal lumpers’ award, which has been promulgated, contains the following clause: — “No man shall take intoxicating liquor to his work aboard any vessel or place of employment, nor shall any gambling be carried on, on board any vessel or at place of employment. ”
