TAYLOR ACQUITTED
TANGARAKAU SHOOTING AFFAIR [Per Press Association). NEW PLYMOUTH, Feb. 16. At the Supreme Court to-day Stanley Emerson Carlyle Taylor was acquitted on a charge of causing bodily harm to James Farrelly at Tangarakau on November 14. The Grand Jury had already thrown out the charges of attempted murder and of shooting Farrelly.
