In order to avoid the usual weekend congestion on the golf links, sZeps have been taken to establish a “City Millionaires’ Club” at Pine Hill, near Croydon. The membership will be limited to 150, and the entrance' fee will be £5OO and the annual subscription £lOO. The cost of buying 180 acres and laying out the course, and erecting the club house is estimated at £68,000.
