WANGANUI SESSION BUSINESS COMMENCES TO-MORROW The criminal list for the Wanganui Supreme Court session, which will commence before Mr Justice McGregor tomorrow, is a lengthy one. In addition to three charges of a serious nature, a number of Maoris will appear charged with grave offences. The civil list is also a long one. The cases are as follows: CRIMINAL CASES For Trial. Crown v. Hedgeman, alleged making of a false document. Crown v. Mahoney, allegedly causing the death of a person while driving a motor in a state 'of intoxication. Crown v. Whisker, alleged attempted Jndccent assault. For Sentence. Tommy Taura, forgery and uttering. CIVIL CASES. Moriarty v. Gorrie. specific performance. Ozanne v. Vile and Co., claim for alleged breach of contract. Thomas v. Wanganui City Council, claim for rates assessed by mistake. Hood v. Ratana, claim for preparing plans and specifications of proposed temple at Ratana. Body v. Brandon, claim for material. Burnett and another v. Burnett and others, claim for grant of probate. Scott and another v. Vile, claim under deed, and counter-claim. Hughes v. Dubelly, claim under gageSimpson v. Hedgman, claim for specific performance. IN DIVORCE. Rumford v. Rumford. Russell v. Russell (defended). Thomas v. Thomas.
