NOT SUFFICIENT TO RELIEVE DROUGHT. Received October 30, 9.35 p.m. SYDNEY, Oct. 30. The weather continues showery. Rain, though widely scattered, so far has been mostly light and insufficient to relieve the drought, but there are prospects of it continuing.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
