HONDURAS’ DEBT TO BRITAIN. A HUGE SUM. Received October 30, 8.55 p.m. (Reuter). WASHINGTON, Oct. 30. Honduras* debt of five million sterling, floated in Britain in 1875, with compound interest, is now nearly thirty million sterling. It was settled at the
British Embassy on Thursday. Hon. duras will pay £1,200,000 sterling with out interest for a period of thirty years.
