FORECAST FOR TO-DAY. MODERATE TO STRONG WINDS. [Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Oct. 29. The Government meteorologist issued the following forecast to-day:— Present indications are for moderate to strong south-east to north-east winds, northward of New Plymouth and Napier, and increasing northerlics to westerlies elsewhere. Weather fair to cloudy, and a change following shortly on the West Coast and southern districts. Barometer falling everywhere soon.
