Cabinet resolved not to resign, but to take the Locarno agreements to the Reichstag for acceptance. —Aus.-N. . Cable Assn. Three German National Minister! withdrew from the Cabinet at to-day’s meeting. The remainder discussed the situation. Cabinet decided to remain in office and submit a Bill relating to the Locarno treaties before December. Tho portfolios vacated through resignation of the Nationals from the Cabinet will be taken over by other members of the Cabinet.
