FORECAST FOB TO-DAY. MODERATE TO STRONG WINDS. [Per Press A-aociatlo..,] WELLINGTON, Oct. 27. The Government Meteorologist’s forecast is as follows: Present indications are for moderate to strong south-east to north-cast winds. Weather fair to cloudy generally, but squally and storm at times in East Coast districts of the North Island. Barometer little movement in the north, but falling soon in the south.
