RAILWAY RATES
CHEAPER THAN AUSTRALIA. (Special to “Chronicle.”) HELENSVILLE, Oct. 22. “You cannot say the railways are cheap,” remarked an auditor at the Primo Minister's Port Albert meeting. “You can call the New Zealand railways cheaper than any railway in the Australian States,” retorted the Prime Minister.
