PREMIERS’ CONFERENCE
AMERICA’S REPRESENTATIVE. Received June 26, 8.40 p.m. (Router). WASHINGTON, June 25. Ambassador Kellogg has been instructed to attend the Premiers’ Conference. White House, in a statement, said Mr Kellogg would attend for the purpose of dealing with such matters affecting the interest of the United States, and otherwise for purposes of information. It asserted that it was the desire of the Administration that the Dawes plan should be put into effect as speedily as possible.
